What is the standard shipping time for custom PC builds?

Custom PC builds typically undergo a 48-hour stress test before shipping. You can expect your system to arrive within 7-10 business days depending on your location.

Do your components come with a warranty?

Yes, all individual components carry their full manufacturer warranty. Additionally, Zach's Tech Turf provides a 1-year limited warranty on assembly and labor for all pre-built systems.

What is your return policy for electronics?

We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened items. If a product is defective upon arrival, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for an exchange or full refund.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support more international regions in the near future.

Are the GPUs in your builds brand new?

Absolutely. We only use brand-new, retail-grade components in our builds. We never use refurbished or 'mined-on' graphics cards unless explicitly stated in a specific clearance listing.
